As you know, I'm moving soon to the great state of Arizona! I've mentioned before that 'North of 10th' will stay but 'stories, dreams and random thoughts from the brick streets of a small town' just won't work anymore. So I'm in need of something new.

When I got to work the other morning Arizona (blog Arizona not the state) had an email waiting in my inbox with some suggestions, #bored.

Stories, dreams and random thoughts...

~ from the west side of the Mississip
~ from the Midwest to the Southwest
~ from corn to cactus and everything in between

I think I liked the last one the best, because it ties back in with Illinois. Which led me to think of this one.

Stories, dreams and random thoughts from the Land of Lincoln to a Grand Canyon state of mind.

A New Blog to Creep

After weeks and weeks of peer pressure, my sister has finally given in and started/updated her blog. She promises to update at least with some cake pictures every once in awhile.

A.Drama has spent the last couple months working in the bakery at our grocery store in town. She keeps getting better and better by the day at decorating cakes and cupcakes. She may use Pinterest to get the creative juices flowing sometimes, but hey, that's what it's there for.

Status Unchanged

I wish I had something terribly exciting and new to tell you, but it's been a pretty mediocre week. It snowed like everyday, and allegedly there is a winter storm warning out for the county heading into tomorrow. Bleh, it only counts if I don't have to go to work tomorrow.

In some exciting news, North of 10th turned 3 on Saturday! I've really come to love my blog. While it had rough beginnings and several long hiatus breaks, it's randomness is who I am. I hope in the months to come there will be many great things I can write about and share with my loyal followers.

I'd like to give a shoutout to my commenters who often pass along words of wisdom and well wishes. OL, Page Turner, the Mrs. and Big Boca Bob. They always say people come into your lives for a reason, though I haven't met all, I like to think of you as my little blog guardian angels, who pop in and out every once in awhile with encouraging words, or even just dropping by to read the blog leaves me with a little more confidence in myself just knowing that people make an effort to stop by and see whats up. LGrace you too ;) 

This blog truly is filled with my stories, my dreams and more than a few random thoughts, all from the quiet brick streets of my small town. So thank you everyone for reading my little blog, I hope on at least one occasion you've left with a smile :)

I see this map, it shows you've visited my lovely piece of paradise otherwise known as North of 10th. I hope you've enjoyed your visit today, maybe you checked out some past blog posts or just completely got here by accident. I know there are a few work friends and a few family peeps.
